The 2009 St. John School Gala is being held on April 4, 2009 at the U.S. Coast Guard Base on Commercial Street in the North End from 7pm to Midnight. The cost is $50.00 per person. Tickers will be available on November 15th at the Baseball Banquet and at school beginning on Monday, November 17, 2008.
A sit-down family style dinner will be provided by “Talk of the Town” caterers. Dessert will be provided by Talk of the Town caterers and donations by Mike’s Pastry.
Our Ad Book is in production. If you, a friend or family member has a business, please place an ad in our book. Full page ads are $150.00, half page ads are $75.00 and business card ads are $25.00. Ad forms will be available November 17th in school.
The Gala is the largest fundraising event for St. John School. Last year the Gala raised over $30,000. This year we hope to beat the $30,000 mark. We need your help!
The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, March 20, 2009. Don’t miss out! Purchase your tickets early.
It will be a fun filled evening. There will be music, dancing, raffles, live and silent auctions. Come to the 2009 St. John School Gala!!! You will have a wonderful evening and at the same time you will be supporting your school.
