Grade 4 Supply List

 

        Next year will be very fun and exciting! In fourth grade, you will complete many fun activities and creative projects. You will be responsible for having your own resources. Please use the checklist below to prepare for September.

 

ü  A zippered, soft pencil case (no boxes or hard cases)

ü  8 pocket folders (durable, plastic ones in different colors) Do not label.

ü  2 one subject notebooks (regular sized, spiral notebooks only)

ü  1 two subject notebook (regular sized, spiral notebook only)

ü  1 composition notebook

ü  3 or more pencils

ü  3 or more ERASABLE pens (blue or black only)

ü  1 hand held sharpener

ü  1 box crayons and/or markers

ü  1 pair of child safety scissors

ü  1 glue stick

ü  1 book bag

ü  2 big boxes of Kleenex (please write your name on them)

ü  2 Clorox Wipes (please write your name on them)

ü  Hand sanitizer

ü  index cards

ü  SUGGESTED: You may use a second pencil case to hold your coloring items, scissors, and glue stick. These items are in a bin that is kept in a bookcase.

ü  Webster’s Student Dictionary (soft cover) REQUIRED

 

You can find the dictionary at any bookstore. I have also seen these dictionaries at Target.

***** It is important that your child have supplies at home to complete homework and other assignments. Your child should have erasable pens and pencils to keep at home as well as loose-leaf paper.  *****

Please note that large binders, notebooks, or folders are not allowed in grade four. They do not fit into the desks.
