UPDATES AND REMINDERS


 

CALENDAR TICKETS:

St. John School Calendar ticket returns were due on December 1, 2009.  If payment has not been made, please do so as soon as possible.  As you know each family, Grades K1 – Grade 8 is required to sell 12 tickets at $20.00 each.  Total Due: $240.00. As part of the tuition payment, this is a mandatory obligation agreed upon at time of registration.

 

TUITION:

I wish to thank and congratulate all parents who have been most faithful to their commitment to tuition payments and calendar ticket returns.

 

REMINDER:

When you receive your tuition preference option plan form and the renewal facts form (coming soon), please return both to the school office.

 

EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND OTHER FEES:

All fees for the 2010-2011 school year were due Monday, March 1st.

 

v K1:                                           $650

v GRADES 2 & 3:                      $675  (includes recorder fee)

 

 

ANNUAL GALA:

Our annual spring gala “HARBORLIGHTS” will be held on Saturday evening, April 10th, 7:00pm on the Coast Guard Base on Commercial Street.  Tickets are $50.00 per person.  Food will be catered by Marty’s Catering from Montvale Plaza in Stoneham.  Music by the great Sal Bartolo.  We urge you to come to the Gala, have a great time and at the same time support your child’s school.  This fundraiser helps defray tuition costs.  We have raffle tickets for sale:  Free Tuition raffles $25.oo ea with a value of $3700.00.  

 

ART FESTIVAL/BAND CONCERT:

Our annual art festival and band concert will be coming late May or early June.  More information to follow.

 



TUITION:

The tuition packet contains important information regarding Tuition/Registration and Fees for the 2010-2011 school year.  We are happy to announce that tuition will remain at $3700 for the 2010-2011 school year!

The registration fee and material fee are (non-refundable).  In addition to the fees printed above, each family is required to sell Super Raffle tickets at $20.00 each for a total sales obligation of $240.00.

 

 

Tuition Payment Options:

 

  • Full payment of tuition must be paid by June 1, 2010.

 

  • Monthly payments made through the F.A.C.T.S. payment plan can be made up to 11 months starting on either the 5th or the 20th of each month.  There is an annual fee of $35.00 for each family that budgets through the F.A.C.T.S payment plan.
